[Synchrony has a] family-friendly staff and a flexible hybrid work schedule. This has been a breath of fresh air from my last position which was run by an inflexible leader. The leaders at Synchrony really want to hear from their employees and want what is best for you and your family. I love working here.

I kept my job through Covid when other employers were downsizing. I kept getting my regular raises through the pandemic as well. Overall, Synchrony is a steady, dependable employer that treats their employees fairly when it comes to benefits.

I truly enjoy working for Synchrony Rehab and can say this is the best company I have ever had the privilege of working for. They provide us with the support we need from a corporate level and are generous with continuing education benefits. This is a company who is on the cutting edge and willing to make changes as necessary to keep up with the ever changing health care system. They are also a company who puts the resident’s needs first and foremost. I not only feel that the residents are well cared for, but also that we as therapists are treated extremely well. We are included in the monthly campus celebration and receive acknowledgement for a job well done.

Synchrony Rehab has afforded me opportunities to grow as a person and as an employee. A company that has proven itself over and over to me in just a short period of time. You’re not just a number with Synchrony Rehab; you’re part of a family. A company that believes that investment in their team will reward not only the company, but those who are on the front lines every day. There are a lot of places I could choose to work, but I don’t think any of them would have been a better fit for me!
