Compliance Hotline
If you have any concerns or questions about the compliance of a Synchrony Health Services line of business, it is important to speak up. One way to do this is by calling the center’s compliance hotline. This is a confidential and anonymous way to report any issues or concerns you may have. The staff at Synchrony Health Services are committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all residents, and your input is valuable in helping them maintain high standards of care. Don’t hesitate to call the compliance hotline if you have any concerns – it’s an important way to ensure that the center is meeting its obligations and providing the best possible care for its residents.
We're Committed to Hearing Your Concerns
Synchrony Health Services is committed to maintaining a culture that promotes the prevention, detection and resolution of instances of conduct that do not conform to law, regulation, policies and procedures or our Employee Standards and Code of Ethical Conduct. For this reason, we have implemented a Compliance Hotline for customers and employees who wish to make an anonymous or confidential report of ethical violations, violations of law, or any other information the customer/employee feels he/she cannot otherwise report to a supervisor. If you feel uncomfortable making a report via the Compliance Hotline, you may send an email or a written report to a Compliance Officer at comply@synchronyhs.com. Whether reporting by telephone or in writing, please provide as much detail as possible, including but not limited to, names, dates, times, location and the specific conduct you feel may violate the law or Synchrony Health Services policy.
Our Policy for Reporting
We understand that employees may not report concerns if they feel they will be subject to retaliation or retribution or harassment for reporting the concern. Therefore, a nonretaliation/non-retribution policy was established to reassure employees who wish to report concerns through the Compliance Hotline or directly through the chain of supervision or Compliance Department. Supervisors, managers or employees are not permitted to engage in retaliation, retribution or any form of harassment directed against an employee who reports a compliance concern. Anyone who is involved in any act of retaliation or retribution against an employee that has reported suspected misconduct in good faith will be subject to disciplinary action. Any employee who knowingly makes false allegations shall be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with Company policy.
