Not only does Mary demonstrate excellent skills as a therapist and lead a strong team of clinicians, she also is a true leader. She demonstrates leadership by partnering with her campus and her team to assure patients receive the very best care. Mary leads her team by example with compassion and strives for clinical excellence including clinical outcomes, every day. The Administrator, the Owner of the facility, and her team all agree that SHE embodies what Synchrony strives to be with servant leadership.

Our team has been through a lot over the past few years with a flood which upended our facility, and of course, Covid, but we have been able to make it through due to the leadership of Mary. She has fostered an atmosphere of respect and teamwork, and I know that she values us, not only as therapists, but also as people with lives outside of work. She is dedicated, approachable, and one of the hardest working members of the team. As a therapist, she can encourage even the most curmudgeonly patients to participate in therapy because they trust her.
