Congratulations to Rachel Moore on being our PD of the Month for Synchrony!
Rachel is new to Synchrony Rehab but you wouldn’t be able to tell as she just dove right in and has been an AMAZING therapist and leader. She leads her team with Teach Approach Works Best mentality (TAWB) and ensures everyone is taken care of and most importantly puts the residents first.
