Please join us in congratulating Nick Myers, Program Director at Park Terrace Health Campus, in Louisville, KY, as PD of the Month for April, 2023. Nick joined Synchrony in 2017 as a full-time staff COTA. He quickly stepped up to take on back up PD duties for the next few years. In 2021, Nick was promoted to the PD position at Park Terrace. His transition into leadership was a smooth one, as both his team members and the campus were elated to see him step into the PD role permanently. Nick has been diligent in providing structure and organization for the team. Nick’s LBE approach and positive energy has been instrumental in the cultural shift that has taken place within the therapy team, evidenced through a steady increase in both GPTW and EDOC audit scores. He is now laser focused on growing our outpatient clientele and ensuring the LHC home health rollout is successful.
