Congratulations to Anna Doan, our August Program Director of the Month! Anna, the Therapy Program Director at Springhurst Health Campus in Greenfield, IN, has been an integral part of Synchrony Rehab since 2018. Her commitment to excellence has not only earned her this well-deserved recognition but also the admiration and respect of her colleagues, residents, and their families.
When Anna first joined Springhurst, she was the fifth PD in six years. Despite this challenge, she immediately stood out, displaying a deep compassion for her work, residents, and staff. As Tonya Robbins, SLP, recalls, “Anna displays leadership by always looking for the solution to a problem and doing what’s right in all situations. She demonstrates resilience in all situations, good and bad, always looking for the best possible outcome.”
Keith M. Wilson, Executive Director at Springhurst, praises Anna as a “servant leader,” highlighting her commitment to exceeding customer expectations and her willingness to support any team member in need. He acknowledges that Springhurst wouldn’t be the best in the market without her leadership.
