Congratulations to Ashley March, PD at Sanders Ridge Health Campus, in Mount Washington, KY as the PD of the month for February. Ashley originally joined Synchrony Rehab as a PRN employee. She eventually joined us full time as a staff OT at Franciscan Health Care Center in 2018. Ashley began to show an interest in developing her leadership skills and was quickly promoted to the PD position at Sanders Ridge in 2020. Ashley was diligent in supporting Sanders Ridge during the “start up” phase and shortly after took on providing OP and HH services to Cooper Trail Senior Living. Ashley has managed to successfully lead and grow her team in these last 2 years, while providing excellent therapy outcomes. Ashley’s true servant heart and her Leading by Example (LBE) set her apart from the rest!
“Ashley is always a team player, never shying away from going the extra mile if it means doing what’s best for the resident. The success stories that come out of our Therapy Department are a testament to how effectively Ashley leads her team. She regularly brings a different perspective on how to handle situations that may be difficult or out of the norm, but at the same time makes sure to consider input and suggestions from other departments in the IDT. On a less technical note, I think that the whole team here would agree that Ashley is easy going and fun to be around. Taking a line from our Mission Statement – She takes what she does very seriously, but not herself”
