Synchrony is beyond blessed to have such a wonderful program director be a part of our organization. Maxine French is a Speech Language Pathologist who started with us in 2016. She leads our therapy team at a customer location in Muncie, Indiana. Westminster Village administration and staff have nothing but great things to say about Maxine. She puts in 1000x the effort into everything she does and is the true definition of Lead by Example! (LBE). She is always willing and eager to listen to ideas and gain knowledge to continue to grow professionally and personally. I’m very grateful to have her on my team as we are spoiled with her as a part of it.
