We would like to congratulate Jennifer Pilcher, PD at Wellbrooke of South Bend, IN as The PD of the Month for July! Jennifer has been with Synchrony Rehab for 12 years and is a compassionate leader who inspires others with her hard work and kind heart. She always goes above and beyond for her team to find answers, accommodate requests, and lend an ear. Jennifer is not only dedicated to her campus but does everything possible to help teams at other campuses. She helps out the entire Northern Indiana Area and Massachusetts with Telehealth and has also assisted with new start-ups.
Program Directors (PDs) across the area have stated “they wouldn’t know what to do if Jennifer wasn’t willing to help out in times of crisis as she steps up to help”. Jennifer will even help the other PDs and staff to learn the Telehealth process.
Her staff has said that Jennifer is a wealth of knowledge and is willing to help them with any questions they have. “Jennifer is always honest when meeting with the Families, Staff and Leadership and leads with compassion.”
Her servant leadership, Team Approach Works Best (TAWB), and Lead By Example (LBE) approach make her deserving of being the PD of the Month! Thank you, Jennifer, for promoting Synchrony Rehab’s culture in all you do!
