Please join us in congratulating the Program Director of the Month for May, 2023, Justin Walker, PTA. Justin is our Program Director at Guildford House Assisted Living/Memory Care in Greensboro, NC. Justin came to Synchrony in October of 2022 and has practiced as a PTA for 7 years. Justin has proven to be a successful leader and mentor for new team members in the Triad area. His assistance with clinic startups in the area has been indispensable.
The Executive Director at Guilford House characterizes him as ‘The Best’. Daily, Justin puts his customer and his team first, and always leads by action. Justin consistently displays a positive attitude and is always willing to go the extra mile for his team, his clients, and his community. Justin has a vision to grow the Triad area through his excellence in rehabilitative care, customer service, and Synchrony’s dynamic culture.
