Sally is Program Director at the Wellbrooke of Wabash in Wabash, IN. She has been with Synchrony going on 9 years where she started as a staff Therapist then was promoted to the Program Director position.
Sally’s leaders were delighted to comment on her outstanding leadership:
“Sally is always willing to help out others including other campuses. Here in the last couple of months she has been the acting PD at two campuses and didn’t need her Area Manager to ask, she called and said ‘How can I help?’
Sally not only leads her team by example as still maintains caseloads at 2 Campuses and performs her duties as the PD. Sally is a true leader dedicated to our staff and company, but most importantly our Residents. I know they appreciate you every day. Well-deserved and congrats Sally!“
