Erica Lewis, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare management and reimbursement. Currently serving as the Vice President of Account Management at Synchrony Health Services since October 2023, Erica has been instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and cultivating collaborative relationships.
Her journey at Synchrony Health Services commenced in February 2021, joining as the Regional Business Office Manager (RBOM) at PCA Pharmacy. Swiftly advancing, Erica was promoted to the Director of Reimbursement in May 2021, contributing significantly to the optimization of reimbursement processes for the organization.
Before her tenure at Synchrony Health Services, Erica served as the Billing Manager in Long-Term Care Pharmacy at Omnicare, a CVS Health company, for four and a half years.
Armed with an undergraduate degree from Northern Kentucky University, Erica pursued further academic excellence, earning a Master of Business Administration from Franklin University.
