Lance Miller has worked in long-term care since graduating from The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy in 1996, starting as a Staff Pharmacist at an independent pharmacy in Columbus, Ohio. In 1999, he became co-owner of a long-term care pharmacy which serviced 3,500 residents before partnering with PCA Pharmacy in 2009.
Since joining Synchrony (formerly PCA Pharmacy), Miller has advanced from Regional VP of Operations to his current role as Chief Operating Officer, leading pharmacy teams to deliver exceptional service and maintain strong financial performance. His broad experience across both sides of the long-term care industry has shaped his strategic approach to customer service and partnerships.
