Randall Bufford, a 2021 Kentucky Entrepreneur Hall of Fame Inductee, Founder and Chairman of the Board of Trilogy Health Services, has nearly 40 years experience in the healthcare industry, primarily in providing care and support services to seniors.
As President and CEO of Synchrony Health Services, a 100% owned subsidiary of Trilogy Health Services, Randy built Synchrony on the values of compassion and servant leadership that Trilogy prides itself in its investments in both the customer and employee experience.
Synchrony is an ancillary services provider offering clinical solutions for multiple aspects of post-acute care, including pharmacy and rehabilitation to Trilogy and 3rd party customers through eight institutional pharmacies and more than 225 facility-based contract therapy locations.
