Scott Shelton started his career in the healthcare industry in 2003 as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. Scott has experience with providing clinical skills in inpatient rehab, long-term acute care, outpatient therapy, and skilled nursing facilities. He began his career at Synchrony in 2010 in Louisville, KY as a staff therapist and was quickly promoted to Program Director. Throughout his tenure with Synchrony Scott has served as a leader in various roles; Area Manager, Regional Director of Operations, AVP of Operations, and currently the VP of Operations for our Rehab South Division. He provides exceptional care to our residents, supports the Synchrony team, and enjoys collaborating with our customers to exceed their expectations. Scott is a member of KOTA, AOTA, NASL, and AHCA. It is important to Scott to stay up to date on the latest trends in long-term care to achieve Synchrony’s goals related to clinical outcomes, employee engagement, growth, and financial success.
