About six months ago, Dave faced a series of setbacks: hip surgery, a hip infection, and a subsequent fracture that left him so weak he couldn’t do anything for himself. His life, once full of independence and activity, had come to a sudden halt, and his one goal was clear—he just wanted to get back home.
Through the support of a “great” team of therapists and his own hard work, Dave steadily progressed, relearning to walk, transfer, and dress himself again. Today, he is thrilled to have achieved his goal of going home. Grateful for the care and encouragement he received, Dave is now back where he belongs, filled with hope and gratitude for the team that helped him reclaim his independence.
