"Awesome! They all did great and motivated me to do better and get better, even on the days I didn't want to do it."
Resident Story
Nathan Oakes recently completed his rehab journey at Aspen Place Health Campus, marking a significant milestone in his recovery. Nathan had been struggling with a severe knee infection that left him unable to bear weight on his leg, awaiting further surgery for a knee replacement. This challenging period rendered him incapable of even the simplest tasks, as he needed assistance with every movement. His main goal, upon starting therapy, was to regain his ability to walk with his walker.
Through the dedicated efforts of the therapists at Aspen Place, Nathan achieved remarkable progress. He describes the therapists as “awesome,” praising their unwavering motivation and support, which kept him going even on the toughest days. Nathan now enjoys the independence he longed for, able to transfer himself, get in and out of bed, walk with his walker, and even lift his leg without assistance. His positive experience at Aspen Place left him eager to recommend their services to others in need of rehabilitation, and he particularly cherishes the light-hearted moments spent with therapists Chris and Jamie. Nathan’s story is a testament to resilience and the transformative power of dedicated care.
