Synchrony Health Services Hires Florida Director of Sales
The Skilled Nursing and Senior Living ancillary provider looks ahead to continued growth in its second year of providing Rehabilitative, Laboratory and Pharmacy services
(LOUISVILLE, Ky.) Feb. 1, 2023—Synchrony Health Services is celebrating the addition of Karen Worley as the new Director of Sales for their newly acquired Florida region. The Skilled Nursing and Senior Housing ancillary provider is in its second year of delivering rehabilitative, laboratory and pharmacy services to partners in 22 states. Karen, a University of South Florida Business Administration Management graduate, has more than three decades of experience in the healthcare and Senior Living industries.
Beginning at the age of 16 as a dietary aide, Karen has dedicated the majority of her career life to serving the healthcare needs of the SL/AL communities. From serving as an ACNA at a Continuing Care community, to furthering her education at Erwin Technical College to become a Surgical Technician for more than six years to working at the hospital to become a Post Mastectomy Prosthetist and Orthotist.
Worley obtained her Assisted Living Administrator licenses at the University of South Florida. Her management career as a Sales and Marketing professional in the Senior Living arena began in 2001, where she began a long history of achievement with demonstrated success and sales growth, while providing outstanding leadership in a highly competitive market. Throughout her SL/AL career, she has served as Sales Director/Directors Mentor, Consultant, Operations Director and Regional Sales Director for the Florida region.
