With an extensive leadership background spanning over 30 years in Long Term Care Pharmacy, Frank brings a demonstrated track record of efficiently managing multiple operations in various states, representing a cumulative annual revenue of $100 million.
Frank’s expertise extends to successfully launching new pharmacy start-ups from the ground up and effectively turning around struggling pharmacies. Throughout his distinguished career, he has excelled in overseeing pharmacists, pharmacy operations, nurses, and healthcare service technicians, fostering growth and retention of business unit leaders over several decades.
With a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Rutgers and a Master’s of Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Frank’s knowledge and experience are exceptional. Prior to joining Synchrony, he held pivotal roles at Bach’s Pharmacy in Pompton Plains, NJ, and later served as Vice President of Operations for Partners Pharmacy (formerly Discover Rx) in the Northeast region.
Additionally, Frank will lead the opening of Synchrony Pharmacy in Charlotte, NC, further showcasing his commitment to excellence. Beyond his professional endeavors, Frank indulges in his passions for tennis, golf, and snowboarding during his leisure time.
