Abby became a part of our Synchrony Team in November 2019. Through her outstanding leadership, Abby has successfully launched two campuses and currently serves as the Program Director at Norwich Springs in Hillard, Ohio. Abby sets high expectations and leads by example, helping her team and campus achieve excellent outcomes and clinical growth. She is always ready to support her team and nearby campuses to provide the best care for our residents.
