Jennifer first joined our Synchrony Team in October of 2011 as a COTA before stepping into the Program Director position a year later at Ridgewood HC. Through her Outstanding Leadership, she has assisted her team and campus with positive Clinical Growth and positive Outcomes. Jennifer consistently aims high with her Lead by Example and Pay Attention To Details approach to achieve excellent scores on surveys and audits. She is continuously in search of way to leads her team and support the community with a Servant’s Heart.
Jen is always so sweet; I don’t think I have ever seen her upset. She is proactive in letting me know about residents that may have a decline. She is like” Jimmy Johns delivery” she is there before you even order. You know you have seen the commercial!!!!! She leads by example; she doesn’t ask her staff to do anything she wouldn’t do herself. – Rhonda, Co-worker
Jen is such a strong integral part of the Ridgewood leadership team. She is always looking for ways to help residents and co-workers. I relied on her to communicate with families even in difficult situations.

Jen holds high standards for her staff and herself. She is always happy and always smiling. She stays on top of things here. She knows what is going on with all the residents, even the ones not on case load. I very rarely need ask for anything because Jen provides it before you need it. She follows up on falls and other things before being asked. She always has things already done or is on it before any of us even realize that we will be asking for it. Jen has been very welcoming to me since I started at this campus. She has been willing to work with me on systems I had in place at Aspen with the PD and the systems she has had here to merge and do what is best for us and Ridgewood. Jen Rocks at her job. I am thankful for her.
